Freeman链码在CCD输出信号处理中的应用

摘要 测量信号噪声数据的处理是仪器仪表设计和生产的必要内容,采用解析几何或者傅立叶变换得到特征频谱来判断一段离散数据曲线上的噪声大小,运算复杂。通过对Freeman方向链码的分析,提出利用Freeman方向链码判断一段曲线上的噪声程度,量化后作为平滑窗口尺寸选择的依据,并在处理线阵CCD输出信号中与固定窗口曲线平滑及FFT数字滤波器进行了比较,证明了其可行性。Freeman链码的应用简化了在单片机编程中使用数字滤波器的大模块的编程,降低编程难度,同时使信号噪声的处理仅仅在数学运算阶段,不引入其他的电路噪声,比以前增加电子元件完成信号处理的方法能更好地抑制噪声。 The signal noise process is necessary for the design and product of instruments, tne noise level of a discrete curve can be got by the methods of analytic geometry or Fourier change, but the operations are too complex to be programmed with single chip computer. Freeman chain code is analyzed and proved the account of a seam's Freeman chain code can get the noise level o{ a discrete cureve. The Free- man chain code account of a smoothing window of curve can be in accordance. The method is proved feasibility on curve smooth, compared with results by immobility windows or Fourier filter. The use of Freeman chain code predigests the program difficulty with single chip computer. Any other noise passes doesn't introduced through the digital signal processing, and it can more efficiently eliminate the data noise than processing with adding electron components .
