文拉法辛联合米氮平治疗难治性抑郁症患者的疗效观察

The efficacy of venlanfaxine with mirtazapine in the treatment of refractory depression

目的:探讨文拉法辛联合米氮平治疗难治性抑郁症患者的疗效。方法:31例难治性抑郁症患者给予文拉法辛联合米氮平治疗,疗程8周。于治疗前及治疗1、2、4、6和8周应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)分别评定疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗2周,HAMD评分从治疗前(23.32±5.25)分降至(19.03±4.27)分(t=3.53,P<0.01);治疗8周,HAMD评分降至(8.77±5.18)分(t=9.83,P<0.01)。TESS评定显示不良反应发生率低,程度轻。

Objective：To explore the curative effect and safety of the treatment by using the combination of venlanfaxine and mirtazapine for refractory depression. Method：31 cases of patient with refractory depression by the combination of mirtazapine and venlanfaxine for 8 weeks.Hamilton depression rating scale（HAMD） and treatment emergent symptoms scale（TESS） were used to assess the curative effect and adverse reactions of the treatment respectively. Results：HAMD score changed from（23.32±5.25） at pretreatment to（19.03±4.27） （t=3.53,P0.01） at week 2;to（8.77±5.18） （t=9.83,P0.01） at week 8.TESS evaluation showed a low incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion：Venlanfaxine and mirtazapine is safe and effective in the treatment patients with refractory depression.
