极化电位测量与远传技术在东黄输油老线的应用 被引量:12

The application of polarization potential measurement and transmission technique in Dongying-Huangdao oil pipeline

摘要 为准确评价埋地钢质管道的阴极保护效果,需采用管地界面的极化电位作为判定依据。介绍了一种新型阴极保护极化电位检测与无线远传技术,该技术组合了极化探头和阴极保护数据采集以及无线远传模块,可实现管道极化电位的实时采集和数据的即时传输。在东黄输油老线部分管段进行了远传检测系统不间断检测与便携参比测试对比试验,结果表明:采用无线远传技术结合极化探头的测试方法不仅可实现不间断实时监测管道电位,还能准确测量出更具参考价值的管道极化电位。极化探头技术的应用改变了以往使用通电电位作为判断阴极保护效果的观念,有助于提高管道的阴极保护水平。使用该无线远传技术,管理人员可实时掌控管道阴极保护的真实状态,及时对欠保护和过保护管段进行维护和整改。 To accurately evaluate the cathodic protection effect for buried steel pipeline,the use of pipe interface polarization potential is required.In this paper,a kind of new CP potential detection and wireless communicating technology are introduced.This technology integrates the polarization probe and CP data acquisition and wireless transmission module together,and can realize the real-time collecting the data of pipeline polarization potential and data transmission.In portion of Dongying-Huangdao Oil Pipeline,a contrast test between the uninterrupted detection method with the remote detection system and the portable reference method was carried out.Results showed that the technology in combination with the polarized probe testing method not only can realize the monitoring pipeline's potential with real-time uninterrupted way,but also accurately measure more valuable polarization potential of the pipeline.Adopting the polarized probe technology is helpful for improving CP protection of pipeline,substituting for ON/OFF potential to estimate the effectiveness of cathodic protection.Based on the technology,operator can real-time control the real state of pipeline's CP and timely repair or maintain the poorly protected pipeline sections.
