不同药剂对黄斑长翅卷叶蛾的毒力测定及田间药效试验 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】测定不同药剂对黄斑长翅卷叶蛾幼虫的毒力和田间防治效果,为防治该虫提供理论依据。【方法】室内测定不同药剂对黄斑长翅卷叶蛾幼虫的LC50,并测定田间防治效果。【结果】6种药剂对黄斑长翅卷叶蛾幼虫的毒力LC50(mg/L)大小依次为:4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油4.923 3、0.6%氧苦.内酯水剂5.788 6、3%啶虫脒乳油9.168 0、2%阿维菌素乳剂11.324 9、25%阿克泰水分散粒剂22.596 0、5%云菊乳油80.683 6。田间药效结果表明,4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油效果最好,药后6 d的防效就达到100%,其次是0.6%氧苦.内酯水剂药后10 d防效达到93.75%。【结论】4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油和0.6%氧苦.内酯水剂田间防治效果较好。 [ Objective ] The toxicity and control effects were tested, in order to provide basis for its control. [Method] Toxicity of 6 pesticides were tested in the lab, and then its control effects were tested in field. [ Result ] The toxicity research of 6 kinds of pesticide showed that the toxicity LCso (rag/L) of 6 pesticides to larvae of Aclerisfimbirana thunberg by size order were: Cypermethrin 4. 923 3, Kingbo 5. 788 6, Acetamiprid 9. 168 0, Abamectin 11. 324 9, Actara 22. 591 6, and Pyrethrins 80.683 6. In the field control efficiency we can conclude that 4.5% Cypermethrin had better control effect, and 6 days later, 100% effect could be achieved, and the second better one is Kingbo. After using it for 10 days, the control effect could reach 93.75% [ Conclusionl4.5% Cypermethrin and 0.6% Kingbo had better control effects in the field.
