我国流通业发展方式转变的路径选择——基于资源利用视角的研究

Path Choice for the Transformation of Development Mode in China's Circulation Industry——A Study Based on Resource Utilization Perspective

传统流通产业的发展方式受到了市场、资源环境和经济社会发展目标的挑战,在我国转变经济发展方式大背景下,转变流通产业发展方式也势在必行。流通业作为国民经济的先导性和基础性产业,要克服资源利用比较粗放,过分追求增长速度和规模,劳动效益和平均工资偏低,专业和中高级管理人才严重缺乏,信息化整体水平有待提高等不足,采取加强宣传教育、提倡低碳消费,制定流通政策、促进节能减排,加大资金投入、提高信息化水平,以及加强专业和中高级管理人才培养等措施,实现由粗放型向集约型发展方向的转变。

The development mode of traditional circulation industry has encountered the challenges from the market,the resource and environment,and the goal of economic and social development.Under the background of transformation of economic development mode in China,it is imperative to transform the development mode of circulation industry.The circulation industry,as the leading and fundamental industry in national economy,should overcome the shortcomings such as comparatively extensive resource utilization,excessive pursuit of growth rate and scale,relatively low labor efficiency and average pay,serious shortage of professional and senior administrative talents,generally low level of informatization yet to be improved,etc.It should take the measures to transform the traditionally extensive way for the transformation from extensive pattern to intensive pattern by strengthening the publicity to advocate the low-carbon consumption,setting up the circulation policy to promote the energy-saving and emission reduction,investing more fund to improve the level of informatization,enhancing the cultivation of professional and senior administrative talents,etc.
