植物生长调节剂TDZ对杨桐切枝保鲜效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以杨桐切枝为试材,通过测定叶片鲜重变化率、脱叶率及瓶插寿命,研究了蔗糖、柠檬酸、硫酸镁、抗坏血酸组成的保鲜剂与加入TDZ的保鲜液对杨桐切枝保鲜的影响.研究结果表明,w=4%的蔗糖+50 mg.L-1抗坏血酸(VC)+50 mg.L-1硫酸镁+150 mg.L-1柠檬酸+噻苯隆(TDZ)的保鲜效果最好,能显著延缓叶片的脱落,瓶插寿命比清水延长8 d,与硝酸银处理相近,TDZ能够代替硝酸银成为杨桐切枝环保型的保鲜剂成分. In this report, the cut branch of Cleyera japonica was used as materials, and the rate of fresh weight change, rate of leaf losing rate and the lifespan were determined to analyze the effects of TDZ added with su- crose, citric acid, magnesium sulfate and ascorbic acid on preservation. Compared with adding silver nitrate so- lution ( CK1 ) or adding distilled water ( CK2), the results showed that the effects of preservative solution, 4 % sucrose + 50 mg ~ L-1 ascorbic acid.+ 50 mg ~ L-1 magnesium sulfate + 150 mg ~ L-~ citric acid + TDZ, is significant to prevent the leaves shedding and prolong the vase life 8 d than CK2, and the lifespan is as same as that treated with CK1, which suggested that TDZ can replace silver nitrate and become environment-friendly pre- servative solution of Cleyera japonica cut branches.
