摘要
甲醇合成塔管板结构设计是合成塔设计的关键。对某甲醇合成塔管板采用挠性过渡圆角结构,进行改进设计,以增加管板的挠性,同时应用有限元法对管板应力强度和换热管轴向稳定性进行分析。结果表明改进设计的管板过渡圆角处应力强度大大降低,换热管轴向压应力有所减小,提高了其抗压稳定性。研究结果为高温高压换热器管板结构优化设计提供了依据。
Design for tube sheet structure is the key point of methanol synthesis tower.An improved design was made to the tube sheet structure of methanol synthesis tower,the flexibility of tube sheet was increased by use of flexible fillet structure.The stress intensity of tube sheet and axial stress of tube were analyzed by finite element method.The result shows that the stress intensity of the improved design of tube sheet in the transition area was greatly decreased,and the axial compressive stress of tube was reduced slightly,thereby the stability of tube has been increased.The research results provide the basis for the structure optimization of tube sheet for high temperature and high pressure heat exchanger.
