摘要
报道了一种基于溶胶—凝胶技术的新型土霉素电极,详尽地讨论了电极性能的影响因子.该电极具有良好的能斯特响应,平均斜率为64.5mV/decade,线性范围为4.3×10-6mol/L—1.0×10-2 mol/L,检测下限为3.4×10-6mol/L.适宜的pH范围为2.0—5.0.
A new type of electrode for determination of oxytetracyline is prepared based on the sol-gel technique. The influence factors of performance are discussed. The electrode has the good Nernst response with average slope 64.5my/decade, linear range from 4.3 × 10 ^-6 mol/L to 1. 0 × 10^ -2 mol/L, the lower limit of detecting 3.4 ×10 ^-6 mol/L, the suitable PH range from 2.0 to 5.0.
