The connotation of the feminist view of a teacher is analyzed including teachers＇ role positioning, the relationship between a teacher and the curriculum, teacher- student relationship and teachers＇ professionalism. It is pointed out that gender equality is a fundamental point of view of feminism and the implementation of gender equality in education is an inevitable trend in the world. It is also expounded that the feminist view of teachers reflects the equality of genders and it plays a significant role in carrying out the gender equality education effectively.
