论述了志愿服务对大学生道德品质的形成与发展的意义,阐释了志愿服务具有的志愿性、公益性、非营利性等伦理特征。大学生参加志愿服务活动,可以提高道德认识水平,丰富道德情感,强化道德责任,发展道德智慧,提升道德实践能力。当前,我国大学生志愿服务活动应更好地理解志愿服务的内涵,理解青少年道德品质形成发展的规律,坚持量力性原则,注意利他性动机与利己性动机的结合,因势利导,以促进大学生志愿服务活动向积极的方向发展。

The significance of voluntary service to the formation and development of students＇ moral is discussed. The voluntary service＇ s ethical features are expounded, such as voluntary, publicly benefited and nonprofit. By taking part in voluntary service, college students can improve their level of moral awareness, enrich their moral sentiment, strengthen moral responsibility, develop moral wisdom, and enhance moral capability. Currently, our organizers of college voluntary service should develop a better understanding of the content of voluntary service and the law of teenagers＇ moral qualities＇ formation and development. By insisting on the principle of acceptability, improving the occasion, and the combination of altruism and self interest, the organizers can drive college student voluntary service to a positive direction.
