摘要
以汽车后把手塑件为研究对象,运用Moldflow软件分析了汽车后把手塑件的最佳浇口位置和冷却方式,同时对模具成型的塑件质量,如翘曲变形、熔接痕等进行了模拟,预测了模具设计中潜在的缺陷。基于模流分析的结果,合理设计注射模结构,提高设计水平。实践表明,设计出的模具结构紧凑、工作可靠、运行平稳、塑件精度高,取得了良好的经济效益。
The Moldflow software was used to analyze the optimum gate location and cool ing method for molding an automotive plastic part.The forming process of mould was sim ulated and potential defects such as warping deformation and weld line were predicted.An injection mould was optimized based on the result of mold flow analysis.
