摘要
通过精确计算确定了手机盖的毛坯形状和尺寸,设计了基于气动夹板式送料的多工位级进模。凹模采用了平面式固定的镶拼结构,使模具制造、装配、维修简便易行。采用大圆角的浮顶柱和浮顶套联合作用,保证了单侧载体排样的条料顺畅送进。拉深工位采用导正销导正条料,减小了条料的送进距误差。模具满足了高精度、大批量生产的要求,经济效益高。
The blank shape and size of a cell phone cover were determined via accurate cal culation and a multi-position progressive die with feeding of material by pneumatic splint was designed.The concave die applied a plane form of fixed insert structure.Large fillet of floating roof pillar and bush were used to transport the strip materials in unilateral lay out.Pilot pin was adopted to pilot the strip material at the work station for drawing which decreases the error of feeding distance.
