矛尾复虾虎鱼性腺发育及个体繁殖力研究

Study on the Gonad Development and Individual Fecundity of Synechogobius hastan

冬春季节采捕连云港海州湾地区矛尾复虾虎鱼,研究其性腺发育规律及个体繁殖力。结果表明:海捕矛尾复虾虎鱼雌雄鱼成熟系数变化规律基本一致,均在3月中旬达到高峰;繁殖期为2月中旬至5月上旬;个体绝对繁殖力(F)波动于16 151～70 693粒/尾,平均为38 971粒/尾;矛尾复虾虎鱼个体绝对繁殖力、相对繁殖力与体长均呈正相关(R2=0.987)。为矛尾复虾虎鱼的人工育苗管理提供了理论依据。

The gonad development and individual fecundity of captured Synechogobius hastan from Haizhou Bay of Lianyungang were investigated.The results showed that the change of female gonadosomatic indices was almost the same as that of males and their maximal values both appeared in middle March.The spawning period was from middle February to early May.The absolute fecundity ranged from 16 151 to 70 693 eggs per fish with a mean of 38 971 eggs per fish.The absolute fecundity and relative fecundity both showed a positive correlation to age,body length,and weight,respectively（R2=0.987）.This study provided the theoretical basis for Artificial breeding.
