西北干旱区县域城镇体系规划建设的探讨——以新疆沙雅县城镇体系为例

The planning and construction of town system in county region in Northwest arid area:The case of the town system of Shaya

目的对特定地理条件下——西北干旱区绿洲环境下县域城镇体系规划建设进行初步探讨。方法以新疆沙雅县城镇体系为例,采用定性与定量分析相结合的方法,分析了干旱区县域城镇体系的特征。结果西北干旱区县域城镇体系除具有西部地区城镇体系共有的一般特征外,还有其受水资源约束大、沿河流布局、循绿洲分布等独特性。结论西北干旱区县域城镇体系的规划建设要侧重于完善城镇体系的"三结构一网络",加强基础设施建设,合理利用水资源,保护建设生态环境。

Aim Study on the planning and construction of town system in county region in arid area which is the typical geographical environment in Northwest China. Methods Taking the town system of Shaya as an example, through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the character of town system in county region is analyzed marid area. Results Town system in county region in Northwest arid area has particular character besides the generic character of the town system in western china. Conclusion The planning and construction of town system in county region in Northwest arid area requires perfect structure and network, emphasizing to construct infrastructure, use water rationally, protect and build environment
