利用金针菇工厂化生产的菌渣栽培洛巴伊大口蘑 被引量:18

摘要 以常规棉籽壳培养料(90.9%棉籽壳、5%麸皮、2%石灰、1%过磷酸钙、1%石膏、0.1%KH2PO4)为对照,用金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)工厂化生产的废料(简称菌渣)代替部分棉籽壳进行洛巴伊大口蘑(Macrocybe lobayensis=Tricholoma lobayense,金福菇)栽培试验。结果表明,供试培养料中菌丝长势良好,随着菌渣代替比例的增加,现蕾时间缩短;供试菌渣培养料的产量和效益均高于对照,其中替代比例为60%(3∶2)培养料的生物学效率和利润最高,分别为111.79%和5.89元/袋。 Macrocybe lobayensis (Tricholoma lobayense) was cultivated on a series of substrates in which the cotton seed hull component, normally constituting; 90.9% of the basic formula together with 5% wheat bran, 2% lime, 1% Ca(H2 PO4 )2 · H2 O, 1% gypsum and 0.1% KH2 PO4, was replaced to different extents with spent compost remaining after the industrial-scale cultivation of Flammulina velutipes. Strong mycelial growth was observed in all cases although the mycelial growth rate was not significantly higher compared to that recorded on the basic substrate. The period between casing and the appearance of primordia was shortened as the amount of spent compost incorporated was increased. Fruit body yields on all the test substrates was higher compared with yields recorded on the basic substrate, and the highest biological efficiency (111. 79%) and profit per growth bag (5.89 yuan) were realized on a substrate formula with a 3:2 replacement ratio.
