摘要
目的 :探讨止溃灭幽汤治疗幽门螺杆菌 (HP)阳性活动期十二指肠溃疡的近期疗效。方法 :自拟止溃灭幽汤治疗 HP阳性活动性十二指肠溃疡 6 4例 ,并与雷尼替丁、丽珠得乐组对照 ,治疗 6周结束时进行胃镜复查。结果 :两组 6周溃疡愈合率分别为 87.2 %和 92 .9%。两组的溃疡愈合率、HP转阴率和疼痛缓解率均无显著性差异 ,未发现严重的副作用。结论 :止溃灭幽疡是治疗 HP阳性活动期十二指肠溃疡较为理想的方药。
Objective:To observe the effect of Zhikuimieyou decoction on H. pylori infection duodenal ulcer.Methods:64 patienfs with H.Pylori infection duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.One group were treated with Zhikuimieyou decoction,the other with rantidine and TDB.After six week treatment they were examined through gastroscope.Results:The cure rates of the two groups were respectively 87.2% and 92.9%,without the significant difference among the cure rate of ulcer,negative changing rate of H.pylori,and the pain remission rate.No serious side effect,was observed.Conclusion:Zhikuimieyou decoction is the ideal therapy for the patients with H.pylori infection duodenal ulcer.
