摘要
为了满足某柴油机的冷却系统的开发需求,对其进行了三维流体模拟计算分析,得出了发动机水套各主要位置的流速及换热系数的分布情况。在此基础上,应用Flowmaster对标定工况下调温器全开的状态进行了一维流动分析,进一步明确了系统中各主要零部件的阻力分配及流量分配。分析表明,该发动机的冷却系统设计能够满足发动机的设计目标。
To satisfy the need of cooling capability of some diesel engine,CFD is used to get the distribute of Flow velocity and convection of heat transfer at some important place in water jacket of diesel engine.1D analysis simulation is made to infirm the distribute of Flow velocity and pressure drop in the cooling system at rated flow condition considering the full load and thermostat full open by means of flowmaster.And the result shows that the cooling system can completely meet design requirement.
