摘要
以20 kHz/10 kW中频电源为设计对象,设计了采用三相不控整流和串联谐振逆变器的IGBT淬火感应电源。给出了其功率主电路器件的具体参数并通过Simulink仿真为实验装置提供了依据;根据IGBT的驱动要求,选择驱动器SKHI 22A详细研究了IGBT的驱动电路及其外围电路的设计;锁相控制电路由CD4046和DSP共同实现,使逆变器的工作频率锁定于槽路的固有谐振频率,稳定性高。实验结果验证了该设计的正确性。
Design for a intermediate frequency power supply in 20 kHz/10 kW. In the power supply, a three-phase uncontrolled rectifier and the series resonance inverter is applied. The parameters of main circuit's devices are given and through simulink simulation provides basis for experiment device. Then according to the requirements of IGBT, we choose the IGBT driving circuit SKHI 22 A and research in detail on IGBT drive circuit and its peripheral circuit design. A phase-locked control is realized with the integrated phase-locked loop CD4046 and the digital signal processor DSP, so that the load power factor of the power supply can be always kept to unity. This digital phase locked loop has high stability. Experiment results show the feasibility of this design.
