超临界机组锅炉蒸汽管道吹洗方案的选择及主要工艺

摘要 兴义电厂两台超临界机组吹管质量验评按照DL/T5210.5—2009《电力建设施工质量验收及评价规程第5部分:管道及系统》的要求执行,1号炉共吹管55次达到合格,2号炉共吹管48次达到合格,两台炉吹管耗油量均小于500t(除设备缺陷原因造成的多耗燃油外),吹管次数和燃油消耗都远低于国内同类机组平均水平。 The two supercritical units flushing pipeline qualification evaluation, according to the Qualification acceptance and evaluation regulation of the power eonstmction quality, the fifth part: pipeline and system, the number 1 boiler has reached the standard in 55 times, the number 2 boiler has reached the standard in 48 times, the oil consumption of the two blowing boiler tube is below 500(apart from extra oil consumption caused by the device fault), the blowing boiler tube time and oil consumption is far below the average level of the similar units in the nation.
