摘要
贵州某电厂磨煤机的高速轴在运行过程中发生断裂,通过金相组织分析、化学成分分析及硬度试验等方法,断裂失效的主要原因:非金属夹杂物含量较多,锻造比不够,带状组织及成分偏析导致开裂。
The high - speed shaft for coal mill fractured during operation in a power plant in Guizhou. In this paper,the reasons of fracture failure have been analyzed by means of metallographic analysis, chemical elements analysis ,hardness testing,etc. The results show that overlarge amount of non -metallic inclusions, not enough forging ratio, handed structure,chemical composition segregation are chief reasons of fracture.
