摘要
为测定松脂在贮存和加工过程中产品质量变化,文中通过考察左旋海松酸及其氧化物的紫外光谱特征,建立左旋海松酸在乙醇溶液(液态)和聚乙烯膜(固态)上的定量分析方法。结果表明,当UV波长为273 nm时,左旋海松酸在乙醇溶液中的工作曲线为A=0.018 0C+0.002 1;在聚乙烯膜上的工作曲线为A=0.673 0×106n-0.468 8,精密度和稳定性的相对标准偏差范围分别为0.14%~0.25%和1.07%~1.38%;左旋海松酸氧化物在聚乙烯膜上的工作曲线方程为A=0.015 6×106n+0.018 7。结果显示该方法快速、准确,氧化物对左旋海松酸分析没有显著影响。
In order to determine the quality change of oleoresin in the storage and processing,a method for the quantitative analysis of levopimaric acid in the ethanol(liquid state) and on the polyethylene film(solid state) was established according to the absorption characteristics of the UV spectrograph of levopimaric acid and its oxidation products.The results indicated that when the UV wavelength was set at 273 nm,the standard curves of levopimaric acid in the ethanol and on the polyethylene film were A=0.018 0 C+0.002 1 and A=0.673 0×106n-0.468 8,respectively,while the relative standard deviations of precision and stability were in the range of 0.14%~0.25% and 1.07%~1.38%.The standard curve of its corresponding oxides on the polyethylene film was A=0.015 6×106n+0.018 7.The results showed that the proposed method is rapid and accurate,and the oxides have no significant effect on analysis results.
