摘要
沥青搅拌设备振动筛的加工对象为热集料,为了解决目前对沥青搅拌设备振动筛的强度分析只考虑由载荷所引起的静应力和动应力,而不考虑温度应力的影响,致使振动筛经常出现故障的难题,以热应力理论分析为基础,找出热状态下振动筛强度的计算方法,并将此方法应用到振动筛的实际计算中去。根据静力分析结果,进行了振动筛的强度实验,结果表明实验数据与仿真数据误差基本在20%以内,验证了ANSYS中的模型的正确。最后通过对比仿真和理论计算两项结果,其误差均不超过3%,表明将载荷应变和温度应变叠加的计算结果符合实际情况,可以作为沥青搅拌设备振动筛强度计算的依据。
The processing object of the vibration screen of asphalt mixing equipment is the hot aggregate.In conventional analysis for the strength of the screen,only the static stress and the dynamic stress caused by load were considered and the thermal stresses were neglected.Unfortunately,the screen often failed in the asphalt mixing plant because of the thermal stresses.To solve this problem,the calculation method based on the theoretical thermal stress analysis was applied to the actual calculation of the screen.The strength experiment of the screen was done according to the result of the static analysis and the results showed that the error was less than 20% compared the calculated data,proving that the model in ANSYS is correct.The difference between the simulation and the actual calculation used this method was less than 3%.This indicates that the calculation for the strain added by the load and the temperature is feasible and this mothod can be used for the strength calculation of the vibration screen in asphalt mixing equipment.
