摘要 分析影响HPB235、Q195、30MnSi等钢种高线优质率的因素,不改变钢种化学成分,试验总结各钢种的开轧温度、入精轧温度和吐丝温度控制范围,提出了提高优质率的措施。 The factors affecting good quality rate of wire rod of Grades HPB235, Q195 and were analyzed. The controlling ranges of initial rolling temperatures, inlet temperatures of finishing 30MnSi mill and laying temperatures for each grade steel were tested and summarized without changing the chemical compositions of each grade steel; and furthermore, the countermeasures for improving good quality rate were put forward.
