摘要
烯烃厂裂解装置12台裂解炉风机采用变频器调速,节能效果明显。针对变频器应用中存在的问题进行了分析与整改,保证了变频器的稳定运行,为裂解装置的安稳长运行提供了保障。
Frequency- converters were used to adjust the fans＇ speed of 12 cracking furnaces of the cracking unit in Olefin Plant, which was remarkably energy - saving. This paper analyzed the operation problems of the converters and took corresponding measures to ensure their stable operation, which guaranteed the safe and stable operation of the cracking unit in longer period.
