摘要 新建安徽电网备用电能量计量系统,在主用电能量计量系统故障失效时,能够代替其全部功能,以保证电网电能量数据的可用性。备用系统与主用系统具有相同的功能,在正常情况下主用系统和备用系统分别独立采集和保存电能量数据,并由主用系统向应用系统发送数据。当主用系统失效时,备用系统自动判断数据中断时间并接替主用系统向应用系统发送数据。通过建立仿主用系统数据结构缓冲区和采用主、备用系统并发采集等技术,解决了异构系统的数据同步问题;采用客户树方式和虚拟表技术更便于系统运行维护。经多次主备切换演练,备用功能安全可靠。备用系统建设投运以来,运行稳定,性能良好。 The new spare electric energy metering system can take over all functions of the primary system to ensure the availability of electric energy data, when the primary electrical energy metering system fails. The spare system has the same function as the primary system. In normal circumstances, the primary and spare systems will independently collect and store electric energy data, and send the data to the application system from primary system. When the primary system fails, the spare system will automatically determine the data interruption time and take over the primary the system to send the data to the application system. By establishing an imitation of buffering data structure of the primary system and using the simultaneous data collection technique in both primary and spare system, we could solve the problem of data synchronization in heterogeneous systems. The introducing of customer tree and virtual table technology will make the system operation and maintenance much easier. The safety and reliability of this spare system has been proved by several practice of switching between the primary and spare systems. Spare system has been put into operation in the construction of stable operation and good performance
