摘要
根据汽车覆盖件成形中表面畸变的几何特征,模拟油石检测板料表面畸变的过程,在对板料进行三维网格数值模拟的基础上,通过分析网格上节点与周围节点的相对位置,在FASTAMP后置处理系统中实现了表面畸变的检测功能。算法的计算效率和计算精度较高,在分析设计阶段实现了表面畸变的预测,使试模次数减少,生产率得到提高。
According to the geometry of surface distortion in the automobile panel forming process,simulating the process for detecting the surface distortion with an oilstone,a function that can detect the surface distortion with high computational efficiency and accuracy was developed on the basis of three-dimensional grid sheet achieved by numerical simulation,through analyzing the relative position between a node and the nodes around it.The calculation method can be used in the design process to predict the surface distortion,so that to reduce the die testing times and to improve efficiency.
