摘要
对济钢生产中产生裂纹的40Cr棒材取样分析发现,试样硅酸盐类非金属夹杂物含量较多,试样截面上有大量针孔、中心疏松和偏析,因此认为40Cr棒材产生裂纹的主要原因是钢中硅酸盐类非金属夹杂物含量过多和铸坯质量缺陷。通过对相应设备进行改造、完善冶炼和连铸工艺操作,钢材的不合格率由0.68%下降到0.35%,有效地控制了裂纹的产生。
By sampling analysis for 40Cr steel bar with cracks produced by Jigang, we found that the samples had more content of silicate non - metallic inclusion and there were a large number of pinholes, center porosity and segregation in the cross - section of the samples. So that the main reasons of creaking were more content of silicate non - metallic inclusion of steel and slab quality defects. Through transforming the corresponding equipments, improving the process operation of smelting and casting, the failure ratio of the steel bars was reduced from 0.68% to 0.35% and the cracks were effectively controlled.
