产权理论视角下中国民间金融发展的合理性探讨

我国民营经济的迅速发展对投融资提出了极大需求。由于复杂的历史和现实原因,民营经济主体在创业发展过程中往往得不到正规金融机构的资金支持,民间金融成为民营中小企业的重要融资手段和方式,然而民间金融在我国一直以半隐蔽方式发展。基于产权理论对中国民间金融发展的合理性进行梳理和逻辑论证,明确指出政府在金融制度变迁中发挥着不可替代的作用。

The rapid development of Chinese private economy have made a great investment and financing needs. For the complex historical and practical reasons, private economic bodies often do not have access to formal financial institutions in their business development process, and private finance have become an important mean and method of financing for small and middle enterprise. However, the development of private finance has been a semi - hidden way in Chius. Based on the theory of property rights, we can do review and logical argument on the rationality of development of private finance in China, and then point out clearly that the government plays an irreplaceable role in the change of financial system.
