箱筒型基础结构作为一种新型基础结构在工程中逐渐推广应用,目前还没有专门针对这种结构在工程中应用的检测规范。针对箱筒型基础结构的特点和作用机理,结合其在工程中应用的实际,提出箱筒型基础结构建造及应用的检测程序、技术要求和方法,包括原材料、焊接质量、结构外形尺寸、除锈、涂装、气密性、抽气系统、浮运系统、就位位置等检测内容,按照相应的检测技术要求和方法进行。箱筒型基础结构检测程序和方法的提出对于其在工程中的应用具有指导意义。

As a new type foundation, caisson-cylindrical foundation structure has been applied to engineering, yet there isn＇t inspection standard on the structure applied in engineering at present. In view of the characteristics and action mechanism of the caisson-cylindrical foundation structure, and combining with the application practice, we present the inspection program, inspection technical requirement and way of building and application to the caisson-cylindrical foundation structure including raw materials, welding, structure size, rust removal, painting, airtight, exhaust system, floating system, location inspection, etc., serving as a guidance to the engineering.
