2型糖尿病社区运动干预效果的研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察运动疗法对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂的干预效果。方法随机抽取新城辖区90例T2DM患者,将其分为两组:干预组和对照组,各45例。两组均接受原来的药物治疗,此外,干预组还实施运动疗法,为期6个月。对每例患者在运动干预前后均监测空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)、HbA1c、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果实施运动干预前,两组患者的血糖、血脂水平间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);6个月的运动干预后,干预组糖尿病患者的FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c、TG、LDL-C水平与干预前及对照组干预后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 T2DM患者在药物治疗及饮食疗法的基础上,结合持续有效的运动疗法,更利于糖尿病病情的控制。 Objective To observe the interference effect of exercise treatment on blood glucose, fructose of hemoglobin and blood lipids of type 2 diabetes. Methods 90 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes, chosen randomly in metro area were divided into 2 groups, the intervention group and the control group with 45 cases in each group. The two groups continuously received the original drug treatment. Besides, the intervention group also had 6 months of extra exercise therapy. Fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlo), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- C), low density lipoprotein the cholesterol (LDL- C ) were monitored both before and after the intervention. Results There was no significant difference in terms of blood glucose and blood lipids between the two groups before the intervention (P 〉 0. 05 ), but after 6 months of movement intervention, significant difference between the two groups was found in terms of FBG, 2hPBG, HbA1c, TG, LDL - C (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Drug treatment and diet therapy combined with continuous and effective exercise can be more helpful for controlling type 2 diabetes mellitus.
