摘要
为加强校企合作,了解企业对于高职财务管理人才需求状况,更好地为苏州经济建设服务,运用问卷调查法和访谈法,对79家企业进行调查,并从财务管理在企业管理中的定位及应用和对财务管理人员的能力要求两部分进行分析和阐述.
To enhance the cooperation between companies and schools and make greater contributions to the economic development of Suzhou,a survey of market demand of financial management talents from higher vocational colleges is conducted among 79 companies by using questionnaires and interviews.The paper analyses the roles played by financial management in business management and the requirement for financial management staff.
