Reflection on Speeding up Development of Near Space Early-Warning System

临空预警系统作为衔接空天的有效探测手段,是空天一体化预警网络的关键节点.为了加快临空预警系统的发展,运用辩证分析和综合论证的方法,提出了在临近空间预警系统建设中要把握装备研发突破口以及加强理论研究的观点,对系统的作战部署、信息融合和功能拓展等方面进行了初步构想.

The near space early-warning system is a key node in the network with air-and-space integration early warning,as an effective link of air to space.To speed up the development of the near space early warning system to the sky,this article comes up with the viewpoints that we must grasp the breakthrough of the weapon equipment development and strengthen the theoretical research in the construction of near space early-warning system,and presents some tentative idea with respect to the operational deployment,information fusion and function extension and other aspects of the system,by applying the dialectical and synthetic analysis method.
