针对不明空情处置存在的"三难"问题,从不明空情的概念及成因分析入手,从技术手段和处置程序两方面讨论了提高处置能力的途径,着重从转变不明空情处置理念、规范程序方法等方面进行了深入研究,提出了提高不明空情处置能力的对策建议.

Aimed at the three difficulties in unidentified air intelligence disposal,this article discusses the approaches to improving the disposal ability in terms of technical means and disposal procedure,starting from the conception and its cause of unidentified air intelligence.Particularly,this article also goes deeply into some impor-tant points mainly in how to change the idea of unidentified air intelligence disposal and regularize its procedures and methods,etc.,and proposes several countermeasures for boosting the capability of unidentified air intelli-gence disposal.
