摘要
文中介绍了一种新的手伸及界面模板的开发方法。以CATIA知识工程的相关技术为基础,结合编程语言对CATIA进行二次开发得到手伸及界面模板。该模板利用参数化设计使驾驶室尺寸因子G自动随车型参数变化,通过编程来控制手伸及界面的自动选择,同时利用TXT文件来转换SAE J287中的数据。该模板极大的提高了手伸及界面校核的效率,为设计人员提供了一套新的思路和方法。
This article presents a new method of developing the Template of Driver Hand Control Reach. The template is based on the CATIA knowledge engineering and the programming language. For parametrization design, the General Package Factor (G) will .change automatically with the vehicle parameters. The programming language controls the hand reach envelopes. Converting the data in SAE J287 to TXT document. The template enhances the efficiency and provides a set of new mentalities and methods for designers.
