卡车考虑轮胎侧偏影响的内外轮转角关系试验研究

摘要 介绍了一种考虑轮胎侧偏影响的车轮内外角关系研究的方法,并通过试验分析了车轮内外轮的转角关系变化,同时使用该方法对车轮转角关系进行了分析。结果表明,在小转角的时候,百分比阿克曼校正率在合理范围内,随着转角增大该值逐步增大,轮胎内外轮侧偏角的差值也逐渐增大,使得轮胎磨损趋势增加。 It is introduced method about the relationship of inner and outer steering angle by considering lateral sliding. And with this method, the change of inner and outer steering angle by turning the steering wheel is analysed by experiment. It is showed that ackerman correction benefits the decrease of tire wear at small angle. But when steering angle increases step by step the difference of inner and outer steering angle is increasing which makes ackerman correction high to accelerate tire wear.
