在教师专业化发展日益深入人心、基础教育课程改革不断深化的今天,如何更好地提高教师专业素养,促进教师专业发展成为新时期教育工作主要议题。教师研修是加强教师队伍建设的重要环节,是促进教师专业发展,提高教育质量的重要保证。如何实现教师研修模式创新,特别是民族贫困地区中学教师研修模式创新,探索符合地方实际、切实有效的研修形式,具有现实意义。

With an increasing development of teachers＇ profession and a deepening reform of the basic education curriculum, it is high time to focus our discussion on how to improve the professional quality of the teachers in order to promote their professional development. The teachers＇ training is an important part of strengthening the facultv construction , promoting the professional development and improving the quality of education.
