摘要
膝盖对于舞者来说极为重要,它承受着人体70%的重量,无论是走、跑、跳都离不开膝盖支撑。舞者的动力就是膝盖,膝盖对于舞者来说就像一辆跑车,髌骨就是跑车的发动机,而半月板则是这辆跑车的刹车和减震器。因此要避免膝盖在运动中损伤,主要做法有:加强热身;加强疲劳训练下注意力与精力的集中;加强腿部力量训练。
Knee protection is important for a dancer because they bear 70% of his body weight and supports his walking, running and jumping. The patella functions like an engine of the body system, and the Meniscus plays the role of a brake. The measures to prevent knees from injuring in sports include: warming up before exercises, mental concentration under fatigue from training and strengthening leg power.
