终身教育理念下开放大学“教育淘宝”的构建

The construction of e-learning in open universities under the concept of life-long learning

在终身教育的理念下,没有围墙的现代远程开放大学的探索工作正在广泛地开展。现代远程开放大学以现代信息技术为支撑,面向全体社会成员,学历继续教育与非学历继续教育并重,办学网络立体覆盖全国城乡。文章根据目前我国开放大学办学的现状,从淘宝网B2C的成功运营特色分析入手,提出了构建开放大学"教育淘宝"的设想。

The research work about open universities, which is guided by the concept of life-long education, mostly focus on the following issues in contemporary society： based on modem ICT （information and communication technology）, available to all the citizens, combination of degree continue education and non-degree continue education, education networks around both the urban and rural areas, modem distanced open universities without boundaries. This article, based on the reality of development of open- universities, try to adapt the B-C model, which is successful in the B-C consumers website-taobao, into the education system. The author tries to create a B-C education typology, which is defined as Taobao Education in this article, for the future developing process for the open universities.
