摘要
本文采用实验研究、问卷调查以及数理统计等方法,从学习、生活、发展、社交和家庭等五个方面分析不同体质条件下大学生心理应激水平的差异,为更好地促进大学体育开展,促进大学生身心健康发展提供依据.
This paper uses many mothods like experiment research,qustionnaire survey,mathematicaol statistics,in order to analyses the difference between university students in different physical fitness,which involves in five aspects - study,life,development,society and family.It provides the reference to promote the physical training development as well as the physical and psychological health development of university students.
