广东省6种蝙蝠寄生2种斜睾科吸虫的记述

Study on two species of Trematodes in Plagiorchiidae in six bats species from Guangdong Province

2008～2010年对广东省3个产地的3科4属6种129只蝙蝠的消化道寄生虫进行调查,发现斜睾科Plagiorchiidae斜睾属Plagiorchis吸虫2种:蝙蝠斜睾吸虫Plagiorchis vespertilionis(Muller,1780)Braun,1900和朝鲜斜睾吸虫P.koreanus Ogata1,900.蝙蝠斜睾吸虫在宿主中的感染率为10%(4/40),感染强度1～10条;朝鲜斜睾吸虫在宿主中的感染率为8.05%(7/87),感染强度为1～8条.小黄蝠Scotophilus kuhlii和大黄蝠S.heathi为蝙蝠斜睾吸虫的宿主新记录;大蹄蝠Hipposideros armiger,小黄蝠Scotophilus kuhlii,大黄蝠S.heathii,皮氏菊头蝠Rhinolophus personi和小菊头蝠R.pusillus为朝鲜斜睾吸虫的宿主新记录.

One hundred and twenty-nine specimens in six ba＇ts species,which belong to four genera three families,were captured from 2008 to 2010. Two species of trematodes, Plagiorchis t,espertilionis （ Muller, 1780） Braun,1900 and P. koreanus Ogata, 1900,belonging to the Family Plagiorehiidaethe ,the genus Plagiorchis were obtained from the intestine of bats collected at three localities of （）uangdong Province. The prmalence of P. re.spertilionis 10% （4/40） , of P. koreanu.s 8.05%（7/87）. The infeelion intensit） oi P. vespertilionis u：ere 3 - 10 individuals,of P. koreanus were 1 -8 individuals. Scotophilus kuhlii and S. heathii are first recorded hosts of P. vespertilionis, Hipposideros armiger,Scotophilu.kuhlii. S. heathii, Rhinolophu .sper.sonii and R. pusillus are first recorded hosts of P. koreanus.
