摘要
研究通过分散聚合法制备水包水聚丙烯酰胺乳液(CPAM),结果表明,引发剂、单体和分散剂用量分别为0.05%、7.50%和1.25%时能得到较高特性粘度[η]的乳液;用IR1、H-NMR和光学显微镜对CPAM的结构和形态进行表征.结果表明:聚合得到的聚合物为单体丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)的共聚物,CPAM以球形分散在乳液中.
Water in water polyacrylamide emulsion (CPAM) was prepared by dispersion polymerization. The dosage to get higher characteristic viscosity [ η] emulsion is that the initiator, monomer and dispersant are 0.05% , 7.50% and 1.25% respeetively. The structure and morphology of CPAM were characterized by IR, 1^H-NMR and optieal microscopy. The results showed that eopolymer is polymeried by AM and DMC, CPAM was dispersed in the emulsion in the shade of sphere.
