摘要 随着我国30万吨级原油码头的日益增多,其系泊安全问题变得越来越重要。文中以The Oil CompaniesInternational Marine Forum(OCIMF)出版的《系泊指南》和国标JTJ295—2000《开敞式码头设计与施工设计规程》为依据,结合新、老30万吨级码头工程实际,对码头系泊设计系统地进行了研究优化,并给出了保证系泊安全的辅助设备措施,研究成果可为今后30万吨级码头系泊安全设计提供借鉴。 With the increase of number of crude oil terminals for 300 000 DWT crude carriers in China,mooring safety becomes more and more important.The design system for mooring is studied and optimized according to Mooring Guide published by The Oil Companies International Marine Forum(OCIMF)and Design and construction technical code of open sea wharf(JTJ295―2000)and in the light of actual practice at old and new 300 000 DWT oil terminals and auxiliary equipment and measures are proposed to ensure the mooring safety.The research results can be of reference for future designs of mooring safety for crude oil terminals accommodating 300 000 DWT crude carriers.
