急性上消化道出血患者的观察与护理

The Observation and Care of Patients with Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探讨急性上消化道出血的临床救治、病情观察以及护理。方法回顾性分析106例急性上消化道出血患者的护理。结果治愈69例,好转18例,未愈自动出院9例,转外科手术2例,病情恶化及死亡8例。结论及时进行有效的止血治疗,加强病情观察及认真细致的护理,可使患者转危为安,提高治愈率,降低病死率,达到康复的目的。

Objective To investigate the nursing of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Nursing care of 106 cases with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding were analyzed retrospectively. Results Totally 69 cases were cured, 18 cases were improved, 9 cases were discharged without healing, 2 cases were transferred to surgical ward accepted operation, and 8 cases were exacerbated and dead. Conclusion To give promptly effective hemostasis and to strengthen observation of patients＇ illness condition and to give elaborative nursing may advert a danger of critical patients, enhance the cure rate, decrease the case fatality rate, and achieve rehabilitation finally.
