摘要
本文对广东省全省所属 2 1市 1988～ 1997年医生与床位数的比例现状进行了评价。指出 :1)供给情况 ,人员和床位数有上升趋势 ,1997年医生 (1 48人 /千人口 )略高于全国平均水平 ,床位 (2 2 1张 /千人口 )略低于全国平均水平 ;2 )利用情况 :医生日均工作量 (12 6 8折合门诊人次 ) ,床位利用率 (6 1 72 % )在全国均处于较高的水平 ,但距标准仍有差距 ,且呈逐年下降趋势 ;3) 2 1个市的医生和床位的供给和利用差别很大 ,提示应分类指导区域的卫生资源配置。
The rrent numbers of medical staffs and beds in Guangdong province were evaluated based on the data from the year of 1988 to 1997 The results showed that:1)the total number and rate per thousand population of medical staffs and beds in Guangdong province increased;of 1997,the rate for physicians (1 48 per thousand population)was slighty higher than the national level,and the rate for beds (2 21 per thousand population)was slightly lower than the national level,2)although the daily average loading of physician(12 68 times for outpatioents per day)and utility rate for beds(61 72%)were on the higher level of China,they were still below the standard drafted by National Ministry of Public Health and decreased annually,3)the supply and utilization of physicians and beds among the 21 regions in Guangdong province varied across a big range,and this implied that the allocation of health resource for 21 regions should be diffrently
