摘要
高职教育师资质量观,表现为爱岗敬业、教书育人的师德质量观,理实一体、善于合作的师能质量观,开放包容、创新发展的师艺质量观。高职教育师资质量与人才培养目标之间存在着偏差,必须构建高职教育师资质量提升机制和评价体系,以实现高职教育师资质量多元评价。
The concept of vocational college teachers' quality contains the following aspects:the teachers' moral level which is represented by teachers' dedication to work and teaching performance;the teachers' competence of cooperation and the teachers' skill of being open and innovative.There is a gap between the quality of vocational education and the training objective;The gap results in the importance of building the mechanisms and the evaluation system of improving teachers' quality in order to achieve the multi-evaluation of teachers' quality in vocational colleges.
