摘要
学科定位模糊是造成高职商务英语师资建设水平低的一个重要原因。对高职商务英语进行准确的学科定位,分析商务英语师资的知识、技能与素养要求,就切实提升高职商务英语师资质量,提出设置师资准入标准、建立健全在职培训制度、加强教学团队建设、激发教师自我超越意识等师资建设路径。
The ambiguity of subject orientation is one of important reasons for the low level of business English teachers of vocational colleges.Making a clear definition to business English of vocational colleges and analyzing the requirement for teachers' knowledge,skills and quality,this paper puts forward the proposal of setting standards for the teachers' recruitment,establishing a good job training system,strengthening the construction of the teaching team and arousing teachers' self-awareness to enhance the quality of business English teachers.
