This paper aiming at the characteristics of risk management of the EPC mode project expounds the application of fuzzy evaluation method in prophase project risk rank evaluation and unforeseeable fee estimation.That makes risk problems easier to be quantitative described and be convenient for makers to make a decision through the analysis of the intuitive data.
