摘要
为了探索温度与pH值变化对金属离子与磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)相互作用后所成的单分子膜的影响,利用LB膜技术,通过改变亚相温度、pH值来研究在亚相中加入金属离子后的成膜条件。实验结果表明,温度在25.0℃附近、pH值在6.8附近所成的膜较稳定。
In order to study the effect of temperature and pH on monomolecular film made by metal i- ons and phosphatidyl diethanolamine (PE) interaction, the effect on temperature and pH of film forming conditions after joining metal ions were investigated using the LB membrane technology in this paper. The results show that the film which is prepared near 21.8 ℃ and pH near 6.8 is stable, and the increase of temperature or pH has a certain damage on the film.
