The paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） to optimize the selection of suppliers and gives the most simplified calculation method. The paper also makes a comparison between AHP and the commonly used comprehensive comparison method and the cost-effectiveness method so as to expand and deepen the bid evaluation methods.
