摘要
用四偏心振动机构的振动原理分析QC台非周期下线的主要原因是偏振动,采取有效措施确保QC台的正常运行。
This article analyzes the causes of QC stand non-periodic malfunction based on the vibrating principle of 4-eccentric vibrating mechanism. The analysis discovers that the main cause is t^olarization. The effective measures have been taken to keep QC stand in the normal operation.
